We are hiring a Corporate Service Provider Legal Assistant within our Compliance Department   

Responsibilities in your area will include: 

  • Timely send initial due diligence requests for potential corporate service providers and ongoing due diligence for current corporate service providers
  • Accurately and timely assess the responses and escalate concerns as needed
  • You need to be able to communicate to all levels of the organization
  • You need to be able to work independently and in support of team objectives
  • Support other compliance-related activities as requested

  • Work onsite at the required Credit Acceptance work location                                                                                                                                     

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Four years of recent and relevant work experience in financial services industry, law firm, or legal department
  • Customer service
