We are hiring an  Application Administrator (Associate or Mid-Level) within our End User Computing Team.   

Responsibilities in your area will include:

Associate ($45,066- $60,088):

  • Manage and support End User Computing applications (such as ServiceDesk - ITSM)
  • Keep the applications up to date and train users on new/upcoming features
  • Use business knowledge to drive future enhancements to the applications
  • Ensure a positive end user experience when making any changes to the applications
  • Effectively communicate to customers using familiar language and context
  • Document processes and procedures including Job Aids and How-To documents for the supported applications
  • Provide after-hours support for maintenance and change management efforts
  • Provide on-call support to resolve and/or escalate production incidents or issues
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises, and create/maintain up to date recovery process documentation

Mid-Level ($59,363- $79,150)

  • Manage and support End User Computing applications (such as ServiceDesk - ITSM)
  • Keep the applications up to date and train users on new/upcoming features
  • Use business knowledge to drive future enhancements to the applications
  • Ensure a positive end user experience when making any changes to the applications
  • Effectively Communicate to customers using familiar language and context
  • Document processes and procedures including Job Aids and How-To documents for the supported applications
  • Provide after-hours support for maintenance and change management efforts
  • Provide on-call support to resolve and/or escalate production incidents or issues
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises, and create/maintain up to date recovery process documentation

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Associate:

  • 1+ Years of IT Experience
  • Able to participate in a 24 hour, year-round on-call rotation
  • Work onsite at the required CA work location
  • Able to meet the attendance requirements as stated by leader

Mid-Level:

  • 3+ Years of IT Experience
  • Able to participate in a 24 hour, year-round on-call rotation
  • Work onsite at the required CA work location
  • Able to meet the attendance requirements as stated by leader

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate:

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 3+ Years of IT experience
  • Experience with ITSM application configuration
  • Experience with secured print applications
  • Experience with database structure & queries

Mid-Level:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ Years of IT experience
  • Experience with ITSM application configuration
  • Experience with secured print applications
  • Experience with database structure & queries
